Counselling - People come to counselling for a wide range of reasons.  If anything is troubling you, counselling can provide a safe, accepting, confidential environment in which you can talk about your concerns.

Eating Disorders - I have a special interest in eating disorders; including our relationships with food, eating & our bodies.  I offer one-to-one counselling sessions for people experiencing difficulties around eating.

I’m currently completing my Doctorate (PhD) at York St John University, researching the effects on counsellors of working with clients presenting with eating disorders.

I offer training sessions / workshops around eating disorders and ‘our relationships with food and our bodies’ which can be arranged to best suit the needs of your organisation.

Clinical Hypnotherapy - I offer Clinical Hypnotherapy sessions for a wide range of issues including phobias, weight loss, smoking cessation, self esteem, and many more.  This can be a stand alone intervention or it can be combined with counselling sessions, depending on your needs and wishes.

     *  Personal Development & Creative Ways of Experiencing Therapy  -  Taking time to get to know yourself better can pay huge dividends & vastly improve your experience of living your life.  I offer personal development sessions for individuals, or small groups.  These can follow the format of a counselling session or we can work more creatively, using writing exercises, art-based materials (drawing, painting, collages, sculpting, etc) or stones & other metaphoric objects
